DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Architects assisting with various projects
• Helps to plan and design building
• Work on design drawings
• Assist in reviewing projects proposals and specs
• Helps in compiling required paperwork and documents for projects
• Help coordinate details of architectural projects
• Creating and developing design concepts for building, landscape, and other structures

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong design skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with 3D modelling and Visualization tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
